Personal Banker/Loan Officer Assistant (Downtown Dublin Location)

Personal Banker/Loan Officer Assistant (Dublin Main Location): Assist lender in daily functions; help gather pertinent information to move forward with loan; Take loan applications; Prepare early disclosures; Set up loan closings; close loans; Provide Excellent Customer Service; Perform duties as defined in the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program; Performs other duties as assigned by management. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: High School Diploma or equivalent; One to two years of similar or related experience; General knowledge of bank operations, policies and procedures; experience of consumer/commercial/residential loans or credit experience a plus; strong attention to detail, good judgment and decision-making skills; presents a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives; have a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees; ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work with limited direction; must be able to use tact and diplomacy and communicate effectively via telephone, letters, personal contact, etc.; computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer.

Community Banker (Warner Robins)

Community Banker (Warner Robins): Responsible for accepting, processing and servicing consumer loans and potentially some small business loans. Additionally, acts as a liaison between customers and other areas of the bank to provide loan support to borrowing customers. Cross-sells deposit, mortgage and commercial products. Provides back support to Banking Center Customer Service Associates for deposit related activities.  This position also represents the bank in the community through attendance and participation in community events. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree related to Commerce, Accounting, or Financial Management; 2-3 years banking experience or experience in a similar field demonstrating cash handling, mathematical and analytical skills required. Experience in a lending setting preferred; Presents a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives; Strong attention to detail, good judgment and decision-making skills; Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work under minimum supervision; Strong planning and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate complex facts to a variety of people; Strong customer service skills; demonstrated ability to positively persuade customers and identify and meet their financial banking needs; Broad knowledge of the different bank services, products, transactions, as well as customer disclosures is a plus.; The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.  Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job; Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet Explorer, Web-Based Applications; Team Player – Build and maintains productive relationships with people throughout the organization; General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program preferred.

Mortgage Originator - Warner Robins

Mortgage Originator (Warner Robins) - Assists customers with their mortgage lending needs: analyze loan requests and make decisions based on mortgage lending policy. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting or similar field required; Two Years to Five Years of similar of related experience; Excellent Customer Service Skills; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate complex facts to a variety of people; Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills; Strong customer service skills; demonstrated ability to positively persuade customers and identify and meet their financial banking needs; Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Web-Based Applications; Willingness to become involved in community activities; General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS Requires extensive contact with the general public; Requires travel to other offices to provide assistance or attend meetings. Also, travel for seminars and training is required.
