The Receptionist/Concierge provides the initial introduction to Morris Bank. This position is responsible for representing the bank in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone and in person, insuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance.  This position handles a variety of communication situations as well as front office administrative tasks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Up to six months of front desk experience or equivalent customer service experience required; 1 year experience preferred
  • General knowledge of banking operations a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service/Communication/Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff and customers.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks to completion.
  • Dependable attendance.
  • Intermediate skill level in Outlook, Word and Excel.
