Quality Control Reviewer (Dublin Operations Center): To perform and manage the necessary functions required to identify and prevent suspicious activity thru ACH, Wire, Debit Cards and Check. Assist to prevent losses by monitoring accounts across all channels of the bank. Maintain and build knowledge of essential functions through continued learning and research. This position also provides support to the to the E-Banking Department involving call backs on wires. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years banking experience; or 2 years banking experience with a two-year degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; Knowledge of all deposit applications on the OSI system preferred; Knowledge of software applications: Windows , Microsoft Word and Excel; Knowledge of Internet use; Presents a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives; Strong attention to detail, good judgment and decision making skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work under minimum supervision; General knowledge of Bank operations preferred; General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program preferred.
