Deposit Operations Customer Representative (Dublin)

Deposit Operations Customer Representative (Dublin) - This position is responsible for assisting customers with phone requests and responding to customers’ needs timely. Must represent the bank in a professional manner when greeting customers on the phone and insuring that they are directed to someone who can provide assistance.  Cross training on other responsibilities within Deposit Operations may be required. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: High School Diploma or equivalent; Up to six months of similar or related experience; General knowledge of banking operations a plus; Excellent Customer Service/Communication/Interpersonal Skills; Microsoft Outlook experience preferred; Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work with limited direction; General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program preferred.
